Project "Cultural heritage of cuisine - promotion of culinary traditions through the professionalization of the gastronomic offer of Lublin and Rivne" aims to preserve and popularize the traditional culinary heritage of the Rivne region and the Lublin region.
The project includes research expeditions to Polissia to study regional dishes, the creation of culinary catalogues in different languages and the promotion of authentic regional dishes through a video and a festival. The project aims to showcase not only historical sights but also the unique regional products and recipes of the Rivne region.
